FAQs

  • Where do the activities start? All activities start and finish at Hotel Arts Barcelona (Carrer de la Marina 19-21, 08005 Barcelona). The Segway Tour starts right in front of the hotel; for all other activities, please meet in the hotel lobby.

  • What language are the activities in? All activities are guided in English.

  • Can I book for my partner as well? Yes. Simply choose 2 (or more) tickets in the booking form.

  • Can I book more than one activity? Yes, one per day. Activities on the same day run at the same time, but you can book activities on different days: simply make one booking for each activity.

  • What does "minimum participants" mean? Each activity needs a minimum of 15 guests to run. We check numbers on 28 February 2027. If the minimum is not reached, we will let you know and refund the full amount.

  • Can I cancel or get a refund? You can cancel your booking until 28 February 2027 by emailing chief@spheritage.com, and you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, including the booking fee. After that date, tickets are non-refundable. If an activity does not reach the minimum number of participants, or is cancelled for reasons beyond your control, we will contact you to offer another activity or a full refund.

  • Is there a booking fee? Yes. A small payment processing fee, charged by the payment provider, is added to the ticket price. You will see the full amount before you pay.

  • I use a wheelchair or have reduced mobility. Which activities suit me? Each activity has an accessibility grade (A, B or C). Please mention any needs when booking so we can arrange an adapted vehicle or route where possible.

  • I have food allergies. Please let us know when booking, especially for Montserrat & Codorníu, Codorníu Cellars and the Foodie Tour, which include food.

  • When is the booking deadline? Bookings close on 28 February 2027.

  • Will I receive a confirmation? Yes. As soon as your payment is complete, you will receive an email with your confirmation number. If it does not arrive, please check your spam folder or contact us.
