TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website and the sale of the activities offered on it are operated by SHE EVENTS & OTHERS, S.L. (trading as Spanish Heritage DMC), Tax ID B84676659, with registered office at Calle Estrecho de Mesina 13, 28043 Madrid, Spain, registered in the Madrid Mercantile Register (Section 8, Sheet M-404677). Contact: chief@spheritage.com.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all bookings of optional activities offered to guests of the Chief Industries programme in Barcelona from 15 to 19 March 2027. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

3. Booking

Bookings are made online through this website. You can book activities on different days by making one booking for each activity, and choose the number of tickets in each booking. Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your confirmation number. Your booking is confirmed only when payment has been received. Bookings close on 28 February 2027, or earlier if an activity is sold out.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, per person [and include VAT]. A payment processing fee, charged by the payment provider, is added to the ticket price; the total amount is shown before payment. Payment is made by card through a secure payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

5. Minimum number of participants

Each activity requires a minimum number of participants, shown on its page. If an activity does not reach that minimum by 28 February 2027, it will be cancelled and we will contact you to offer another activity or a full refund of the amount paid for that activity, including the payment processing fee.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your booking until 28 February 2027 by emailing chief@spheritage.com, and you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, including the payment processing fee. After that date, tickets are non-refundable. If an activity does not reach the minimum number of participants, or we cancel it for reasons beyond your control, we will offer you another activity or a full refund. Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 14 days.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 103(l) of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period.

8. Changes to activities

Schedules are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, opening hours or the availability of timed tickets. We may change the order of the visits or replace a visit with one of similar value when necessary. If an essential part of an activity cannot take place, we will offer you an alternative or a refund of the corresponding part.

9. Your responsibilities

Please arrive at the meeting point on time; if you are late, we may not be able to wait without affecting the rest of the group. Some activities have specific requirements (for example, the Segway Tour requires participants to stand and balance independently and is subject to the supplier's age and weight limits). Please tell us about any accessibility needs or food allergies when booking.

10. Accessibility

Each activity shows an accessibility grade (A, B or C). We will do our best to arrange adapted vehicles or routes when requested in advance, but we cannot guarantee full access to all venues, as many are historic buildings or natural sites.

11. Liability

Spanish Heritage DMC organises the activities with professional suppliers. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, extreme weather, public authority decisions or the closure of venues. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please write to chief@spheritage.com. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case within one month. Official complaint forms are available on request.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts that are competent under consumer protection law, which is usually the courts of your place of residence.
